With the Fitbit Inspire HR, you're always aware of the level of your daily exercise. The activity tracker measures your heart rate, steps, and calories burned, among other things. The Fitbit automatically starts measuring your distance and calories burned as soon as you start your activity. This means you don't have to set up anything before going on a run or a bike ride. The Fitbit Inspire HR is waterproof up to a 50-meter depth. This means you can go swimming with the activity tracker on your wrist without having to worry. Connect your Fitbit to your Android or Apple phone via Bluetooth to see notifications of calls and messages on the display of your Fitbit.
